By signing in to and using Havre (the "App"), operated by Adrien Montfaucon EI, Paris, France ("we"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App offers productivity features and data backup. The App is offered to a limited group of users who have opted in. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
You must be at least 16 and have an account with a supported provider. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The App accesses data from your account provider only with your consent, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your provider's security settings or by contacting us. Your use of the provider's services remains subject to the provider's own terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, violate applicable law, or infringe others' rights.
We retain all rights in the App. You retain all rights in your own data; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the App for you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers cannot waive under mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit arising from use of the App. Liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury is not excluded.
You may stop using the App and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to those rules.
